It was close to the beach. It had a picnic table and two chairs with a connected table. Nice living room and kitchen.

If you stay in 38 and drive a full-size truck or SUV (Suburban), parking is a pain. You will have to pull your mirrors in and have someone assist you when parking. When I brought this to the hosts attention, he told me he gave me a parking spot and I could park 50 feet away under a Palm Tree. The wife was much more professional and concerned, so try to speak with her if you have issues. Booking.com says it has a King Size Bed, however, if you read way down in the “see more”, the host tells you it has 2 Queens and a Twin Bed. So this room DOES NOT have a King Bed. When the A/C kicks on, it’s loud, very loud, and it stays loud through the vents. We finally adjusted, but we had a completely sleepless first night dealing with that and the smaller bed. We ended up sleeping in separate rooms to salvage a few hours of sleep. They only provide one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. There were only 2 of us and the one roll was barely enough, so if you have more than two, you have to buy your own toilet paper after one roll. The Condo is actually very nice. Plenty of seating and a nice kitchen. The view from the top deck is nice on either side, but there is no elevator, so it is a climb. Easy access to the beach. You will need to drive to got to restaurants and shopping, but we never had any issues finding a parking spot. So if you drive a smaller car and are good with a Queen Bed and you can deal with the loud vents, you will be fine. The host did make us an offer to settle the issues, which was very kind of them.
