In een rustige straat gelegen tegen het centrum, vlak bij busstation en taxistandplaats. Ook makelijk dat een straat verder er lockers zijn om je koffers of tassen op te bergen als je eerder uit de accomodatie moet en je pas later vertrekt. Ook fietsen zijn te huur in een straat verderop.
Er staat geen huisnummer op de gevel alleen een klein plaatje met MonKeys Apartments erop. Zelfs voor de taxichauffeur was niet duidelijk dat dit nummer 27 zou moeten zijn. Tevens klopte de gekregen code van het sleutelkastje niet, moeten bellen en twintig minuten aan de lijn gehangen voordat er een juiste code was.
