We loved the location, quiet street away from tourist bubble. Easy check in, appt well appointed including soap, bedding was nice, pillows were great, AC very good in hot Seville and while we didn’t use the little rooftop pool it looks great. Didn’t meet staff but they were responsive by message.
Only criticism would be 4pm check in, it’s quite late when you can’t store your bags.
