De ligging en de grootte
Dakterras kan wel een hoge drukspuit gebruiken en tuintafel was stuk, geen verlichting en kan wel wat sfeer gebruiken

Casa con carattere adatta ad ospitare un gruppo. Qualche elemento di pregio e storia. Ottima posizione. Letti comodi.
Un water malfunzionante ed uno inutilizzabile. Mancanza di coltelli da cucina decenti. Una padella non funzionante su fornelli induzione.
Unico fornello a gas con bombola del gas vuota. A tarda sera si staccava la corrente, senza nulla in funzione, e bisognava staccare il frigorifero dalla presa.
In sostanza, per il costo della casa, mancano investimenti sulla manutenzione.

Apartament jest w doskonałym miejscu. Bardzo blisko przystanku autobusowego (lotnisko) oraz wszelkich atrakcji. Pieszo można zwiedzać Sevillę. W okolicy sklepy spożywcze oraz restauracje.
Miejsce bardzo spokojne i ciche.
Mieszkanie wygodne dla dużej grupy. Odpowiednia ilość krzeseł, łóżek i łazienek.
W kuchni sporo talerzy, kubków i kieliszków.
Bardzo sprawna klimatyzacja.

Taras niestety nie zachęca do spędzania wieczór. Jest mocno zaniedbany i w ogóle nie nadaje się do użytku
Brakuje noży do krojenia (tylko 2 szt).
Deski w toaletach wymagają już wymiany
Problem z wifi lub raczej internetem w wifi (nam nie był potrzebny ale na dłuższy pobyt, pracę zdalną lub dla grupy spoza EU może być problematyczny ).

La ubicación muy buena, una casa preciosa que mejoraria muchísimo con un par de arreglitos
En la cocina : no había trapos de cocina, una de las sartenes no servía, solo funcionaba un fuego , escasos enchufes, El mantel no cubría toda la mesa.
El resto de la casa: una ducha no funcionaba, un vater no funcionaba bien, escaso papel higiénico,
