Exclusive Silent & Sunny Top Floor Apartement, 2 Pools & Golfview

The Apartment location is fantastic, on the second floor overlooking a brilliant pool, with views across to the second hole fairway of La Torre Golf. It has a big balcony for sitting out and eating, plus relaxing with the bonus of having the sun most of the day and in to the evening. It was clean, comfortable, modern and well furnished. The TV was modern and the WIFI, despite my concerns, was excellent for us (not sure why it is showing as a low score on booking.com) Sunlounges are provided as are pool wrist bands giving you access to all 18 pools on the resort, although the two nearest the apartment are the best,. The one at the back (Pool 3) is great for little children. The Kitchen was great, with everything you need, such as Oven, Hob, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge, Washing Machine and Coffee Maker plus the resort has a few different restaurants and bars to enjoy. The resort is clean and very secure, although having walked around the complex, some apartments are just starting to look a little tired, but not those in blocks of this Apartment. Car Parking is free in the underground car park, but care is needed as it's access is quite narrow and tight negotiating to your allocated spot. Very little road parking is available, which is good thing, so the resort is not littered with cars. During our visit, all residents or other holidaymakers were quiet and respectful. Communication from the host was very prompt and efficient, although a little complicated for the arrival procedure and initially finding the key and garage door fob then the actual car parking space. Once you are familiar with it then it's easy. I would recommend hiring a car as the resort is a little isolated, and 20-25 minutes drive from the Mar Menor and further for other beaches.

Not really any negatives. Only possible thing to mention is the Air Conditioning is currently only available in the Lounge area, however the ceiling fans in the bedrooms keep it cooler. Whilst the pool areas are fantastic, they do not allow Lilo's or Ball Games in the pool and appear quite strict with this policy - I guess some would take this as a positive !

El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio, mucho menaje de cocina. Estaba muy cerca de la piscina y es una zona muy tranquila.

Todo estaba bien, por decir algo, eché en falta un escurridor de pasta y unas tijeras de cocina, las que habia estaban muy oxidadas.

The size of the outside space was a great bonus with beautiful views over the pool and golf course! It was a great start to the day having a coffee on the balcony. The nespresso machine was super! The proximity to the centre which has a selection of a few restaurants and bars was great!
