About this apartment rental

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with ground floor poolside apartment has been fully modernised with upgrades to the bathroom & terrace. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 brand new bathrooms with the main bedroom now having an ensuite bathroom. There is an upgraded kitchen & large dining/living area. The terrace has been enclosed with a glass curtain install. The bathroom has been upgraded to contain a large walk in shower. The garden is a paved patio area ideal for sunbathing on the large rotating sun lounger which can accommodate 4 people. The pool is located 20m from the patio so ideal for families. The apartment is a 5 min walk to the supermarket & recently opened 5 * La Torre Golf Resort Hotel. The town centre with bars & restaurants are also only a 5 min walk away. The apartment has new AC in the lounge & both bedrooms.

The apartment is located on Calle Salmonete with a golf course view.

The apartment is very bright and spacious.It is fantastically located 2 mins walk to the bars and restaurants 2 mins walk to the supermarket.3 mins walk to the golf course With the pool just a few steps away and the golf views.I am surprised the property is ever available.The owner is very helpful and has always done as much as possible to ensure our holiday has been enjoyable

Lovely spot… from the patio to the pool in just 3 steps. Kevin was very helpful in any comms. Apartment had everything we needed. If it’s free, book it as it’s definitely the best apartment on that road!
