About this apartment rental
A spacious property with large balcony which overlooks a communal garden with two swimming pools and enjoys overhead summer sun.
The accommodation is equipped with: lift, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, internet (Wi-Fi), children's area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and kettle are provided.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket, children’s play areas, tennis and padel courts, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.

This is a lovely well equipped apartment in a great location, my only 2 negatives were the shower drain had not been cleaned after the last guests leading to it overflowing on bathroom floor until I figured out the drain had not been cleaned once I cleaned it everything was fine and there was no full length mirror anywhere in the apartment. Minor issues which would certainly not stop me booking this apartment again .
Only the issues above otherwise great apartment.
