appartement parfait pour deux couples
en cas de canicule l'environnement ne permet pas d'ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit car il y a un casino en face qui génère du bruit toute la nuit, les gens qui sortent du casino ne respectent pas le voisinage, vraiment dommage !..

l accueil est toujours parfait. Germain vous attend avec le sourire ,toujours à votre écoute , et de bons conseils sur les visites à faire proche de Cabourg. L appartement est très calme et vraiment bien situé entre centre ville et plage. Ce qui permet de faire de belles promenades sans véhicule et de profiter de beaux couchers de soleil. Parking privé très appréciable.

L’accueil par Germain qui a été très agréable et disponible. Et qui en plus nous a été d’un grand secours pour retrouver des affaires que nous avions égarées! L’appartement en lui même est très agréable, bien aménagé, fonctionnel, propre et bien localisé par rapport au centre et à la plage. On se sent comme chez soi!
La literie, un des matelas de l’une des chambres est un peu trop mou

Accueil personnalisé (disponibilité du gardien) Proximité de la mer et des commerces logement très propre avec équipements de qualité bon rapport qualité /prix
confort petite chambre ( exiguité, literie non confortable) convient aux enfants et non aux adultes . accès au logement difficile pour certaines personnes ( 3éme étage sans ascenseur)
