La Posizione era ottima, la casa presenta un balcone dove è possibile mangiare com una vista spettacolare, parcheggio privato giù all'interno della proprietà, la struttura è vicino al centro di Gagliano del Capo. Il prezzo, vista la posizione ed avendo la macchina, è molto competitivo.

La casa è datata, ha bisogno di una rinfrescata sia a livello strutturale che a livello di utensili e asciugamani. Maggiore attenzione nella pulizia, abbiamo trovato un pelo nel letto e qualche altro nella doccia.
