Magnificent views!
Nice owner, we managed to understand each other, even as we did not have a common language.
Villa Bocca del Pozzo has two apartments, bigger on top of the smaller, we were in smaller one.
Luckily the upper apartment was not occupied at the time and we were able/permitted to use its terrace with really great views, otherwise our experience would have been quite different and score lower.
We got the feeling that with a little more trying, this would have been even better, now little things were not quite right, like WiFi, TV, kitchen facilities etc.
One thing is that from lower apartment you do not really have the view outside as there are no windows, you have to go outside to enjoy views.
