Villetta Orchidea is a refined stone-clad villa, located within the 'Otranto - S.M di Leuca' natural park, on a hill overlooking the sea about 700 meters away. The outdoor area extends for 2000 square meters and is immersed in the quiet and wild Mediterranean scrub defined by olive groves, holm oaks, centuries-old oaks and wonderful native plants.
A superb terrace entirely in local stone overlooks the sea, offering the opportunity to enjoy an enchanting panoramic view of the sea and to experience pleasant moments in absolute tranquility.
The terrace, dominated by a large wooden pergola, houses a table with chairs and a comfortable wicker lounge, functional for hot summer days.
From 2018 a splendid jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the sea will accompany your afternoons of full relaxation.
Inside a living area consisting of a bright living-room with refined kitchenette, wooden furniture, sitting area with television and a large window through which you can see the sea on the horizon in the distance. Adjacent, the sleeping area with a seductive double bedroom, another bedroom with two beds and bathroom with large shower.

Très belle vue, jacuzzi fonctionnel et bien situé. L’appartement offre un équipement standard.
La terrasse et la chambre en-dessus ne sont pas pour cet appartement, mais celui d’a côté.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und umwerfenden Meerblick! Die Außenküche ist der Hammer! Kommunikation mit Luciana war perfekt! Immer hilfsbereit, hat alles reibungslos funktioniert! Können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen 👌

Jolie maison , bonne impression à notre arrivée. Accueil sympathique. Le cadre est magnifique mais les photos ne sont pas ou plus conformes à la réalité. Les photos de la terrasse donnent l'impression d'être seuls sans voisins à proximité hors il s'agit d'une maison mitoyenne . La vue sur mer est bien là sauf qu'au bout de la terrasse, des canisses ont ete posees (elles sont absentes sur les photos) et 2 mètres en dessous se trouve la piscine de la maison voisine.
De plus nous avons été envahis par des cloportes notamment dans la dépendance . Par contre les propriétaires ont été très réactifs et ont fait le nécessaire pour éradiquer l'invasion. L'équipement de la maison est vraiment léger (pas de micro ondes, pas de bols, peu de couverts....), le wifi marche très mal, et la propreté n'est pas irreprochable (toiles d'araignée dans les coins, et bac a douche bouché au bout d'une journee car plein de cheveux sous le tapis de bain...) Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour , les proprietaires ont été gentils et disponibles mais nous restons un peu déçus par l'accumulation de petits détails qui pour la plupart peuvent être rectifiés. Néanmoins les photos devraient être mises à jour par honnêteté pour les futurs locataires.
