It’s a large, clean, modern apartment with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It has a well equipped kitchen and the TV and other appliances work well. There is a nice gated yard. The location is a bit out of the way, but we knew that and transportation is easy. The price was extremely reasonable.
A few things like doors and door latches appeared to be breaking down, which was a bit surprising in a quite fancy place like this. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. Communications to the owners/managers went unanswered.
Suggestions: communicating with guests is important. Add a few conveniences in the kitchen like teabags, instant coffee, sugar, and salt. These are cheap and make the place feel homey.

The property is very clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly fitted with everything you need. The staff are friendly and always very helpful. Dorus’ communication is very good. The location is perfect! It’s near the main road which makes it easy to find and it’s not far from town.
The WiFi signal can sometimes be slow but this is not unusual for Arusha.

Struttura quasi con standard europei. Punto di partenza perfetto per safari.
Infissi e porte con fissure enormi (come sempre in africa) dalla quale entrano piccoli animali. Una camera e un bagno erano particolarmente sporchi di escrementi di gechi e formiche, fortunatamente c'erano un altra stanza e un altro bagno utilizzabili.
