A great location, close to St Jude's school. A quiet area, clean ..a clothes line. Great breakfast.
The shower water could have been hotter.

Facilities are clean and tidy.
The location is a bit far, and the hot water was actually lukewarm. I forced myself to take a shower and ended up catching a cold the next day.
