We had a couple of nights here before leaving for a safari. Barick met us on arrival and was very helpful in welcoming us. The house is a good size and Barick made us breakfast the next day, which was plentiful and delicious.
There was no hot water (fairly typical for this area) and although the immediate surroundings of the house itself are lovely, I didn't feel comfortable walking after dark. However, Bolt taxis are cheap (make sure you are very clear about where the house is, most drivers got completely lost!) and it was easy to get in and out of town. The only bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms. Fine for us as a couple but perhaps not as easy for a bigger group.

Awesome place! The house is neat and well kept. All rooms were clean. Wi-Fi connectivity was good. My family enjoyed hot showers in the bathrooms too. Barick was waiting for us at the gate, took time to show us around, and ensured we settled in comfortably. Beddings and towels were changed on time. Barick had someone wash our car, and they even cleaned our shoes. I would highly recommend this accommodation any day. We will definitely book our stay here on our next visit to Arusha.
There's nothing we didn't like. Everything was good. However, I would recommend updating the entertainment from DSTV to, perhaps include Netflix subscription.
