This 45 sqm apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and is located on the 1st floor. Via an external staircase you reach the non-smoking apartment, which has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. A cozy sitting area in the garden of the Heumann family can be used by you to relax and barbecue.
The Heumann apartment is located on the outskirts of Telgte, yet the center is only about 1.1 km away. The alleys of the old town are extremely charming for a leisurely stroll. Several supermarkets are about a 15-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is characterized by its proximity to numerous cycle paths. The Peace Route, the Ems Cycle Path and the European Cycle Route R1 invite you to extensive bike tours. The entrance to the approx. 4,500 km long Münsterland cycle path network is only about 1 km away from the apartment. The beautiful old town of Warendorf and the downtown of Münster, which is well worth seeing, can be reached quickly. Canoe tours on the Ems are a special pleasure in the summer months.

The most wonderful accommodations and hosts!! After a horrendous flight experience, the Hermanns were absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean, inviting, welcoming with all the essentials you can possibly need. I can't wait to go back again because they made us feel like family.
