Die Lage ist super, der Balkon grundsätzlich nice. Die Vermieter sind erreichbar und kümmern sich. Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich hell und fancy.
Es war leider nicht sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist überschaubar. Es riecht nach kaltem Rauch (vermutlich wurde entgegen der Regeln trotzdem geraucht).

Lage ist Top/Immer einen Parkplatz gefunden/Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet/Lage und Umgebung sehr nett/Sehr ruhig/Rewe und guter Chinese 10 Schritte entfernt/

Trato con el dueño muy bueno, tuvimos un pequeño problema al llegar y lo solucionó al momento. El piso estaba muy limpio, impecable. Edificio tranquilo, se dormía muy bien.

Parkmöglichkeiten schwierig. Fahrstuhl defekt (4. Stock) über den gesamten Aufenthalt... Küche mit vielen elektrischen Geräten, aber nur Töpfe ohne Deckel und keine Anleitung zum Gebrauch des Induktionsherdes. Kein Duschhandtuch. Sehr weiche Matratze. Musik und Straßenlärm bis spät abends. Bei Anfrage im Vorfeld nach einer Verlängerungsnacht wurde mir ein unverhältnismäßiger Preis genannt.
