About this apartment rental
The 90-square-meter apartment is located in the souterrain (basement) of our residential building. Because it’s in the basement, it stays pleasantly cool in the summer and offers a simple, functional living environment. The rooms have standard windows, so natural light is available, though the amount of light varies depending on the room.
The apartment has two bedrooms, offering plenty of space for groups, families, or workers. It is one of the largest and most affordable accommodations in the area and offers a large number of sleeping spots.
Its location near the forest allows for walks and short hikes right from the front door. Shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is primarily used by technicians, travelers with pets, larger families passing through, and guests attending events in Bad Iburg. It is suitable for both short stays and longer rental periods.
Whether you’re planning a short stay or looking for a long-term rental—our vacation apartment offers flexible booking options.
We look forward to welcoming you as our guests! 😊
