Was able to book and check in late in the evening and at last minute due to another hotel refusing entry due to flight delay.
Host was friendly and welcoming with a tray of drink and snacks.
Just needs a little TLC around the place - remove old and broken outdoor furniture and clutter. If that was done, maybe could charge more !
