About this house rental

It would be very relaxing and quiet. You could take a 5 minute walk to the beach and walk in the beach. What makes the property stand out is the large yard and open space in the front of the house. The home also has been updated and very clean

CJ has a nice property that is near the coast and near Rocky Neck State Park. Two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and sunroom porch. Decorated in beach themes. Comfortable environment. Driving distance to the beach was about 5 minutes. The house was good for our stay. We were in town for a funeral, and it was a nice central location to visit with friends we haven't seen for years. We did not spend much time at the house, yet it was a good place to store food and BBQ on the deck. TV's in the rooms (did not use), and portable fans too (which we did use during the summer heat). CJ's house met our needs for weekend lodging. No dishwasher, yet large kitchen sink for hand-washing dishes. Broom & dustpan available to sweep up sand & debris. Bedrooms were warm & musty, yet fans & open windows / breeze helped with sleep. Good beach "cottage" in a residential neighborhood. CJ was quick in responding to communication / questions. Overall a positive stay.
