About this house rental
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation or rent off season in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/1bath home at the beach. The house has a living room open to a dining room. It also includes a spacious front porch with a couch which opens to a full size bed. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, everything needed to make your meals at home. This home also includes a gas grill for you to enjoy outdoor dining on a spacious deck. Our cozy beach house has its own washer and dryer. It is situated near to the beach, and a quick walk allows guests to enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and later watch the sunset. There are 3 bedrooms in this home. The home is clean and ready for you to enjoy for a week or two in season or off season by the month or even for a long weekend (3 night minimum).

Absolutely wonderful cottage with everything you need right there! We have been coming to Old Lyme for years, and this was the best, we are so glad we found this gem. Less then a block to the beach, parking for the family and friends. Great yard with comfy chairs, a grill and table to gather around! Dishwasher, washer dryer, Central AC, wifi, and a big screen tv in the Living room with big puffy sofas. The kids loved the carousel and Ice cream shop across the street. The front porch was so nice to just sit, relax and read a book in the evening. Much bigger than we expected, and very well equipped with everything we needed, felt like home! Thank you Sandy for such a wonderful week, we want to come back next year!!

This is my second time renting this home and I plan to rent again. The house is perfect for my needs. Close to the beach, comfortable and friendly neighbors to boot. The owners are quick to respond and very helpful. I'm already looking forward to next year!
