Lovely family cottage suited to accommodate up to 8 guests, nestled within sought after Point O' Woods Beach Association.

Point O' Woods, a gated community, features tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, marina, and three private beaches. All located within is a short 3-minute walk from The Summers Place cottage.

Amenities include: outdoor shower, fire pit, hammocks, gas grille, fresh linens, beach equipment, Indoor / outdoor dining areas to accommodate large families.

Endless potential for summer memories abound in this peaceful seaside escape.

We had a wonderful experience working with the owners. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Their prompt replies and fair pricing made the booking process smooth and stress-free.The location was absolutely ideal and one of the highlights of our trip. We also really enjoyed the spacious layout of the home. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area provided plenty of room for everyone to gather, and the large deck was a wonderful place to relax and spend time together. Thank you for your hospitality and for being such thoughtful hosts. We truly appreciated your kindness and hope to be able to be back soon!

Admittedly, I stayed during the off season as this is definitely a summer village, but I loved it. The house was accommodating and had several great areas. Comfy living room for TV at night, beautiful back yard and deck for enjoying the weather! Kitchen is well stocked. The only thing not provided is towels so be sure to plan accordingly. I had a great visit and would recommend to others!
