About this house rental
1-1/2 story newly remodeled home with excellent views of the Tennessee River, Chickamauga Lake is home to many bass fishing tournaments , who knows you may even see some of the pros.
As you drive on the property the driveway leads to the boat ramp, your private dock will be to the RIGHT of the ramp.
There is a swing down by the dock for anyone just to sit and relax.
The deck is 40 ft long with outdoor furniture as well as a large propane grill.
So sit back and relax. Barges travel the river so you might just a few during your visit.
Our game room has a pool table, dart board, a 55 inch TV, small refrigerator for beverages.
There is comfortable sitting as well. If pool or darts isn’t for you perhaps you may like playing
Cards or checkers at the bar height table with bar stools.
Living room has ample sitting with a 65 inch TV. The sofa has fold out bed with upgraded
Gel mattress.
All new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Fully stocked kitchen.
The four sliding glass gives you water front views, all sliding doors have vertical blades for your
Privacy.
Bedrooms have Blackout curtains for a good nights sleep.
Cottonport Marina is near by they sell gas for your watercraft, also
They have a small restaurant I recommend , my favorites pizza, fish Friday,
Salads and burgers.

Can’t express enough how wonderful our stay was. Loved our hosts Cheryl & Jeff. So responsive! We loved the gas logs as we stayed on a very cold night. Hopefully we’ll be able to come back when it’s warmer. Highly recommend!Patti & Joe

My husband & I went down for a quiet little getaway for a few days. The pictures are spot on with the property. We were disappointed that we couldn’t fish but it was a nice, relaxing time which is what we needed. I gave 5 stars for cleanliness but it could've been a little cleaner but it was fine. Jeff & Cheryl were great hosts & were very hospitable.

The owners were excellent host, the house location is perfect for water activities of all kinds there is a ramp at the property and additional ramps near by the house has great parking for truck and trailer making it easy to drop the trailer
