Minimum Age of Primary Renter is 25 years of age, and Primary renter must be on-site during stay
No more than 8 guests allowed
Failure to adhere to the below House Rules may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid, and extra charges
-Excessive noise is prohibited at all times
-We are in a small close-knit family community. Children use the cul de sac street as their playground. We ask for extra
courtesy in regards to noise, loud music & language
-Quiet time is 9am-9pm
-Parties or events are strictly prohibited
-No Smoking of any substance on the property
-Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are
closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
-Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy
saving. It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning on when Guests are absent from the Vacation Rental.

We stayed 2-nights at this lake house at then end of the road. Very quiet and great views of the TN river and sunsets. Short drive off the interstate with easy access (less that 30-minutes) to several towns. Property Manager was very responsive and easy to work with leading up to our stay as well as during our stay.

Perfect setup for family fishing trip. House is very well kept, nice back yard for relaxing by the river, and close to many fishing destinations. Large driveway is a big benefit if pulling a boat. Will definitely be back!
