The lake no have water

We gave each of our grandkids an 'experience' for this past Christmas and our one grandson wanted to fish the Tennessee River. He and my husband, plus two very close family friends went for a 'guys' trip and they had a blast! The house had everything needed, the beds were comfortable, the dock was right there on the property, and the host was amazing and responded to any questions that we had. The lake is so beautiful and the marina just across the way were very easy to work with! Overall, 10! They want to come back again some time in the future! Here's just a couple of photos of the boys, fishing off the dock and hanging out on the boat on a beautiful lake!

House and property were great. We would recommend a ladder for dock to be able to get out of water easier. Additional chairs on lower patio would be nice to enjoy the view from both levels also. Still had a great time and will look to return.

Water access “boat dock” not useable due to lake level, not listed in details for the time of year. Many light bulbs through out the house that don’t work. House needs many updates for the amount of money we paid to stay. Driveway is almost impossible to back or pull a truck & boat into, almost got hit by another car coming around the curve at the end of the driveway. The bed we slept in was hard as a rock too. The front door want stay shut unless you lock it.
