Great location. Right across the street from the beach. Near great eating places. Sunrises from the screened in porch were wonderful. Was stocked with many essentials if they were needed. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away for a relaxing vacation .

I understand this is a newer rental so a few things were lacking. A welcome book would be a great add - WiFi password, where laundry room is located, where to find vacuum, etc so I didn’t have to bother property manager (though he was very responsive and prompt). Most of the house was great - freshly painted and new furniture which made the old kitchen really stand out. Overall a great stay - excellent location!

Excellent location with a very short walk to the beach. Plenty of space for our family of six. Very clean inside.
We liked that there was a beach umbrella and some beach chairs provided, although these were not mentioned in the listing.
We were there for only three nights and would have appreciated
- more toilet paper
- some trash bags
- more towel racks
- instructions for the trash cans that go out to the road. They were utterly overflowing when we arrived on site. We would have taken them to the road (something we actually think the property manager should do) if we knew when the garbage trucks would be coming by.
