Step inside to the main level and settle into a bright, open-concept space designed for easy time together. The living area invites everyone to unwind with the FireTV on, while the dining table for six makes family meals, game nights, and pancake mornings feel effortless. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials—drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cookware—so you can start beach days with coffee in hand and end them with dinner at home.



When it’s time to recharge, the primary king suite offers a cozy retreat with a small workspace, FireTV, and a private en-suite bath with a stand-up shower. The additional bedrooms are ideal for both couples and kids, featuring a queen room and a pyramid bunk (twin over full). A hall bath with a tub/shower combo and a full-size washer and dryer make longer stays easy and comfortable.



Downstairs, the separate-entry recreation lounge becomes your go-to hangout spot—perfect for larger groups who want space to spread out. Host a pool tournament, fire up the Pac-Man arcade, or relax at the bar rail while the smart TV plays in the background. A comfortable sofa nook offers a place to recharge between games, and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower is ideal for quick post-beach rinses.



Outside is where the memories are made. Soak in the hot tub under the stars, rinse off in the private hot/cold outdoor shower, grill dinner on the propane gas grill, and gather beneath the string lights at the tiki bar.
