About this house rental
Are you looking for a up north getaway for snowmobiling or skiing at Ski Brule.. you won’t be disappointed! You will love the Up north feel in this upper unit townhouse(which feels like a full house) with wood vaulted ceilings and open concept which makes it great for gathering with family and friends! There are 3 bedrooms with 3 of the bedrooms having a Queen bed; and the third bedroom also has twin bunk beds (great for the kiddos :) All the bedrooms offer a dresser and a big closet which is great to put your belongings away (or bulky ski bags during ski season) There are two bathrooms-with everything being brand new. The main full bath offers a tub/shower unit, full size vanity and toilet.
The half bath is in a perfect location right off the kitchen. Relax out on the private deck while cooking on the Blackstone griddle or enjoy soaking in the 4 person hot tub (private-not shared). In the winter months relax by the wood burning fireplace (2 bundles of wood provided) with a view of Ski Brule hill which is exceptional! The location is 5 miles from downtown Iron River which has a great grocery store, restaurants and dispensaries. Also 10 miles from Young’s golf course/restaurant. You can also access the UTV/snowmobile trails which are right up the road. Great spot for taking in the beauty of the Upper Peninsula or a weekend skiing at Ski Brule which is right around the corner!

Unit was clean and well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. beds, couch, and hot tub were all clean and comfortable. Private and quiet area. This is a top unit with an additional townhouse below. We tried to be mindful of this when walking around after “bedtime”. **Note, there is no washer and dryer.

The house was exactly as pictured. They have a nicely stocked kitchen. I would probably stay here again in the winter but informally not in the summer. We were there over a very hot weekend and there is no AC. I decided to not ruin our vacation and we made so but definitely hot!

The duplex was great, and so was the owner! Just beware you could have someone staying below you, and our particular neighbors didn’t enjoy our 4 active teenagers!

Nice size 3 bedrooms, spacious open concept living, dining, kitchen area... plenty of space. Very clean and well equipped. Minutes walking to Ski brule.. nice flat hibachi grill and hot tub. 2 adultis and 3 teenagers fit comfortably with spare beds. I truly recommend it Truly re
