Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details: Dock is roughly 22 feet long. There is a pontoon parked on one side NOT for guest use, and the other side is open to be able to dock a 21-foot boot. Water is around 3 feet deep at the end of the dock.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice place. Loved the yard and beach area. House needs a few repairs(sliding doors difficult to operate).

This is our 3rd time staying at The Haven but first time in the summer. We had a very comfortable stay and had everything we needed. We loved being able to bring our pup and have a dock to tie up our boat. The frontage is very sandy and great for wading. We had a campfire every night for smores. The neighbors were very friendly. We plan to stay again!

A great cabin to make family memories. This is our second year here and it was great once again. The yard is by far our favorite and gives you plenty of room for outside play. The sandy bottom lake is a major plus with littles.
The house is well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom which is always a plus.

The home was not clean. Animal hair on beds, couch and chairs. Kitchen chair’s wicker was broken and it hurt to sit on. The porch was filthy. Could have at least been blown off or swept before our arrival. The fence next to the house rotted out and fell on the house while we were there.
