About this house rental
The house is located on Cranberry Lake, on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes. Enjoy your own private beach with 100’ of frontage! Enjoy our fully furnished lake house with new kitchen, dining, living rooms and gas fireplace. Relax with no worries and great memories!
Our home offers a family-friendly environment for all ages. Easy lake access to a shallow beach area for splashing in the water. In the summer, spend your days on the water or sitting on the screened-in porch or deck. In the winter, snuggle up next to the gas fireplace or get outside to snowmobile with easy access to nearby trails. Cook your
meals in our fully equipped kitchen.
There are four bedrooms - two on the main floor (one king bed and one queen bed), and two on the lower level (one queen, a crib and a twin trundle bed). Lower level features a comfortable conventional / inflatable queen sleeper sofa. There is a full bathroom on each level.
For the younger members, there is a pack and play, booster seat and space-saver high chair available for your use.
There are two guest slips available for your boat. One on the dock side for boats up to 20'. A second U - shaped boat slip for larger boats.
Local contact available for any issues that may arise during your stay.
5.5% WI Sales Tax and 4.5% Town of Washington Room Tax will be applied to all reservations. A security deposit provision of $500 is required for all bookings - paid through HomeAway payments. Credit card will be billed only for deposit claims. See rental agreement for details.
To be as transparent as possible, we would like to inform you that we have two security cameras on the exterior of the house. One is focused on the driveway / garage, mainly so we can verify that we actually did close the garage door! The other is on the back of the house, focused on the lake. This is primarily for our use when at work and would rather be up north!

Three retired friends enjoyed a great fall weekend at Cranberry Lake Escape.The home had everything we needed. We appreciated the comfy beds, nice grill, great deck and dock, We also liked the kayaks and watching the resident deer family. I would recommend.

Lovely, impeccably maintained home on a chain of 28 lakes. Located within a short distance to many restaurants. Northwoods Children's Museum is not to be missed for children 2-10 years. Deer wandered through the property almost daily. Would love to return.

We had an amazing week on the Eagle River chain of lakes. The property could not have been better! You can tell that this home continues to be invested in to have it be perfect for renters. Information about home well organized and easy to find. We have booked this home for next year after the amazing time!
