Rare and exceptional: without being a group cottage, these 2 cottages can be rented:
either separately and remain independent and private from each other,
or be rented together and become communicating, via an outdoor access but also via an indoor access and therefore in all seasons and weather! And up to 15 people!
While respecting the privacy and rhythm of each person, benefit from 2 equipped and independent houses where each group can meet or not in complete freedom, at any time of the day!
You can take your meals according to your desires and the weather conditions, in one of our kitchen/dining areas, in the inner courtyard or on the terrace facing the orchard.
You are a company, a training center or a professional wishing to organize a training course, a seminar, a meeting or a themed workshop, welcome to us! We welcome you with great pleasure to offer you a time suspended between work and relaxation...
The first floor of each gîte is laid out on one level, facilitating access for people with reduced mobility.
Indeed, our 2 gîtes are equipped with separate sanitary facilities and a bedroom on the first floor, in addition to the living room and kitchen. A small one separating these two spaces remains to be noted.PGJyPg

The commune of Cusey borders the departments of Côte-d'Or (Burgundy region) and Haute-Saône (Franche-Comté region). Historical monuments and emblematic places are to be visited such as: the church of Cusey and its rotunda, the Canal du Badin Bridge, the fifteenth century castle of Cusey, the banks of the Canal, locks and nautical halt, the Creux Janin, resurgence giving rise to a siphon followed by an outlet, when the waters overflow it.
The South of the Haute-Marne is renowned for old-fashioned basketry. The last 20 basket makers of the Haute-Marne are in fact in Bussières-les-Belmont and Fayl-Billot. The wicker grown there is still worked by hand, it gives rise to traditional objects (baskets, displays, hoods, bread hutches, etc.), but also to works of art.
The art of cutlery has been alive in Haute-Marne since the fourteenth century, especially in the Nogent basin. The country had more than 10,000 cutlery workers. The Nogent Cutlery Museum showcases the products from the seventeenth century to the present day.
Thanks to its natural resources: water, wood, iron ore, but also sand, the Haute-Marne has seen its territory covered with metallurgical establishments. It was a master of ironworks from the Blaise valley who was retained in 1681 to supply the Palace of Versailles with fireplace plates (400) and water supply pipes. Around 1830, in order to diversify, the Haute-Marne became involved in art casting. Among the most famous creations are the Wallace fountains that adorn the small squares of Paris, the majestic statues that take pride of place in the main cities of the department, the "Art Nouveau" ironwork by Hector Guimard that decorates the entrances to the Paris metro entrances and the street lamps of the Champs-Élysées.
