We offer you for everyone and all year round (!) a stay in a warm and friendly atmosphere in an authentic, simple and natural setting.

We are located in the south of the Champagne-Ardenne region, in the heart of the 3 provinces, Haute-Marne, Haute-Saône and Côte d'Or, close to the 11th Haute-Marne National Park, the Burgundy Canal, vineyards... Nature lovers, heritage and gastronomy lovers will be spoiled!

Without being a group cottage, our cottages can be rented separately, while remaining independent and private, or be rented together and become communicating via an exterior access but also via an interior access.

Offering views of the garden or an interior courtyard sheltered by a beautiful magnolia, Aux Refuges des Catotiers - A Ciel Ouvert & La Cour Intérieur is located in Cusey, 45 km from Zénith de Dijon. Private parking is available on site. It offers free Wi-Fi access throughout the property, a terrace and a family-run restaurant.

All units come with a fireplace, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and 2 private bathrooms with a shower and 2 separate toilets. There are also fully equipped kitchens with a dishwasher. They also include an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment.PGJyPg
Guests can use the barbecue facilities in summer and lounge in sun loungers under the trees.

In a world of one-upmanship, where the notion of time is no longer respected, where proximity seems only virtual, my husband and I needed to meet again on a meaningful project: - Bringing back time, reconnection to oneself and to others possible, - Bringing simplicity back to a lost privilege, - Allowing to (re)discover simple and authentic pleasures through shared activities. Creating links, making people discover, sharing my contacts and universe... it may seem a little naïve but it's part of my way of being. Relearning to take time to live in accordance with oneself, taking care of oneself, to share with others with kindness with no other purpose than to spend pleasant moments and simply celebrate life... And as this is not easy in the world we live in, it is important to give yourself time and to meet people who help you in this sense. I will be keen to help you organize your stay as far as I can, by offering you many activities in the area, as well as Entertainment around Leisure and Well-being with local partners.

The commune of Cusey borders the departments of Côte-d'Or (Burgundy region) and Haute-Saône (Franche-Comté region). You can discover its church with its rotunda, Roman bridges, the banks of the Canal with its Locks, its nautical halt, its fifteenth century castle and the Creux Janin (resurgence giving rise to a siphon followed by an outlet). The south of the Haute-Marne is renowned for old-fashioned basketry and the art of cutlery. The surroundings are rich in discovery trails, remarkable villages, lakes, the ramparts of the city of Diderot. The greenways of the Langres region, hikes in the 11th national park, local products and many sports and water activities are waiting for you!

Our cottages are labeled Meublés de Tourisme 3 (La Cour Intérieur) and 4 (A Ciel Ouvert) stars and can accommodate 6 to 15 (when rented together) people, with family, friends, for holidays, a festive event or simply to get together for a weekend.
