Modern and bright one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the second floor with elevator. OVERVIEW
Strategically located near Santa Maria Novella's train station, the apartment is within easy reach of the historic heart of Florence. A brief walk will bring you to the main monuments and cultural sites, through some of the city's lively shopping streets. The Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi, Piazza della Repubblica and all other major tourist attractions are within easy walking distance.
INTERIOR
Once inside, we are greeted in a large entrance that leads to the double bedroom with large closet, chest of drawers and bedside tables followed by the bathroom with shower. Next to the bedroom is the living room with TV and dining table for 4 people. Finally, there is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four people. The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, Wi-Fi internet and TV and can accommodate up to one person with a double bed and a sofa bed.
