The accommodation comprises
- Ground floor: a 27 m² living room with a lounge and dining room (south-facing), as well as a utility room and scullery (north-facing).
- A very well-equipped kitchen including: kitchen piano with 6 gas rings + 2 ovens, 3ᵉ extra oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle...
- Separate WC

- On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and its private bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190), bookcase, desk and a TV
- A mezzanine: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful, private, fenced garden of 1,600 m² with furniture (2 deckchairs, a table and 6 chairs) to enjoy on sunny days.
- A garden shed and a pond (shallow, but unprotected).

The house is ideally located in Saint-Pôtan, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (up to 6 cars can be parked).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- Access to the double bed in the mezzanine is unprotected and fairly steep, making it unsuitable for small children.
