Villa Rosy is a perfect home for families with children. This property is completely enclosed, as are the 5 parking spaces. You will love the pretty pool with sun loungers, as well as the large garden with plenty of natural shade and a swing where your children are sure to have fun. A covered dining area with barbecue for up to 8 people invites you to prepare delicious meals outside.
The modern interior is decorated in light, soft colours, creating a relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living room with TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen as well as two beautiful double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, and two bathrooms.
On the upper floor, the villa also has a well-equipped kitchen with TV, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with showers.
The highlight is a sauna where you can enjoy your own little break.

Rovinj was once a fishing village and today is a well-known holiday resort. With its 1700 year old history, it is the most beautiful and luxurious tourist town in Istria with an amazing old town centre - an architectural pearl. A visit to the Rovinj Town Museum and the town's numerous galleries will complete your cultural experience. From the main church of St Euphemia, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the open sea and the numerous islets in the distance. The entire coastline, which comprises a total of twenty-two islands, is a protected nature reserve. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: Cycling, horse riding, jogging
