The apartment was very comfortable, cozy and clean, and despite that it’s located in a lively street in the center, the noise was not heard from above. Even in the summer heat the place felt cool because it’s an old historic building but well maintained with a modern lift and a modern entrance of the building. All facilities were available and functioned well. It was a good choice for longer stays in Palermo especially in the summer heat when a washing machine was really necessary for frequent washes!

There were small issues that could easily be fixed, the shower could not get fixed in the handle and I had to hold it all the time. Also there was a big TV but did not seem to work. Could get fixed easily.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The beds were comfortable, which made it even easier to relax after long days exploring Palermo. The host, Elisabetta was wonderful – incredibly kind, responsive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Communication was smooth from the beginning until the end of our stay. The location was also fantastic, practically in the center of all the main attractions, so almost everything was within walking distance. The area itself was lively and full of atmosphere, bars, and local life. Since the apartment is on a busy street, there can be some noise in the evenings, so people who are very sensitive to noise at night should keep that in mind. However, for us this was part of the authentic Palermo experience and it did not bother us at all during our trip.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo!

Materasso avvallato e cuscini duri. Bagno maleodorante di fogna probabilmente dovuto alla rete fognaria. Odore di muffa nell’appartamento tanto che abbiamo dovuto lasciare la finestra aperta.
