I love this condo so much- it’s beautiful & the actual owners are good. The location & view is spectacular!!!
Unfortunately, the HOA President was extremely harsh (and I believe very racist) & he ruined our vacation. A misunderstanding occurred and he came to my door with absolutely disgusting accusations about the teenagers who were waiting downstairs for my daughter on her 16th birthday. Rather than discussing it with me & possibly issuing a warning for the boys, he IMMEDIATELY threatened to have the boys ARRESTED if they came anywhere near the property!!! The boys were not doing anything wrong other than waiting for my daughter. (Young black teenage boys) These are good boys I have known since birth. I called to speak to someone the next day and was told there was nothing I could do since he runs the building. His threats were so disturbing it made me never want to stay there again!!! I hate that bc I stay at Ocean Villa often and we have always loved it. So disappointing and unsettling!!
