Ocean Villa 1102

The location was great. Away from some of the Main Street activities. Kids enjoyed the pool and access to the beach and renting jet skis. The unit could use a little updating. We did door dash and Instacart a few times. We were on the 11th floor and it was great having things delivered to our unit. The parking is very tight. I’m handicapped so usually found a handicap spot or close by. Some used the parking across the street but the walkway across was great. You do have to be quick when getting on and off the elevator. Closed pretty quick. Overall we had a good vacation.

The extra cleaning. We had to make sure towels were clean floor clean bed clean they should not charge for cleaning fee

The location was good. Area is good. Unit itself is quite nice. However it desperately needs new and clean furniture, and a working coffee pot. Master bed was fair-good. Second bdrm beds were noisy and broke down. Property manager was very nice. Property was clean and in good order.

Replace sofa, love seat, and coffee pot. An Earlier check-in would be a huge plus when considering where to stay next year. Also, would NOT stay without beach chairs included, so thank you for that.
