The staff at The Rose were all very friendly and proactive. Anything that I needed was tended to immediately. Perch Short Stays communicate via WhatsApp, so they might take longer to respond. They were also very polite and willing to assist.

The check-in process was simple. The room was gorgeous and had amazing views of Table Mountain. The place is centrally located, within walking distance of a lot of nearby cafes and restaurants. The rooftop pool was stunning!
I did not understand how the AC worked, and the lounge lights did not turn on. Night security was not so friendly. However, this did not affect the pleasantness of my stay.
