The Rose 303: City Centre Studio Apartment

Such a Fantastic place, exactly as advertised actually more than what you see 👏🏽 couldn’t ask for more but please keep up this beautiful apartment as is till my next visit, Clean, neat, secure, well equipped with all utensils, Perfection is all I can say. Not to forget Yomie, thanks for the lovely welcome and administration throughout the stay, remain cheerful.

locatie, schoon, kwaliteit/prijsverhouding. veilig gevoel en vriendelijk personeel aan de balie bij check in. makkelijk dat er een lekker koffie/ontbijttentje in de buurt was en een zwembad op het dak met een fraai uitzicht over de wijk Bo kaap

Niets eigenlijk. dus kan niks verzinnen. misschien dat het geluid van de stad iets gedempter kon.

Bed was smal

I loved the location and the studio is beautiful and very clean. The smart TV was super great. I loved my morning walks in this beautiful and safe place.

The host/caretaker must refrain from gaslighting guests/customers. On the advert the studio has an airfryer and this swayed the decision to stay here because my son loves making meals using it. Now this was the first thing we checked but it was not there. When I asked I was gaslighted by being told it was NEVER there😂, really? This is what really upset me because when I ask you a question I already have an answer and pictures. And when the “housekeeper” came to assist with something else she says she was told I was looking for a hairdryer 😂😂😂. Airfryer….. Hairdryer……😂😂😂are you kidding me? And eventually she tells me the “Owner” removed it. What? But forgets to remove it from the advert???? While talking about “REMOVING” the same Host remove the air conditioner remote as well because it spikes the electricity bill 😂😂😂.
