Although Cape Town is sometimes considered as a city not very safe, the accommodation is a safe place. The space is clean, as well as the pool on the roof. City center is in a walking distance as well as the pitoresque quarter Bo Kaap.

Clean, good location, nice studio.
The service. The process for housekeeping is too complicated, I didn’t get new towels during my 8 nights stay, and no one came to clean the room or empty the trash.
We I asked reception, someone told me the bin is near the stairs, so basically « do it yourself! » and then staring laughing with the other staff members on a different language, totally rude!
It’s supposed to be a hotel, so give people towels every day if they need, period!
