Location and view.
The property should be described as only partially air conditioned. There is only one unit that services the living room. We could not get the oven to work. It stayed on and slightly warm the entire time - we could not turn it off either. A local cat walked into the house when we left the door open to let in some breeze.

Fabulous spacious home right on the lake front. Five bedrooms- huge living area, extremely well stocked kitchen. Views to die for. A place to chill and soak in the sun rises and the sunsets.
People should be aware that although there are two bathrooms with shower and hand basin, there is only one toilet (separate from the bathrooms). We (3 people) made do, but it could be difficult if there were a lot of people filling up those 5 bedrooms.
