Great location central to everything in Tauranga. Very clean modern unit with lovely views. Good separation of bedrooms-1 upstairs and I downstairs - each with a bathroom. A bit noisy at night with traffic on the busy road below but not too bad. Comfy beds and good kitchen area.

Spacious well appointment villa, facility to charge our plug in Hybrid was excellent.
Difficulty in accessing the garage with our vehicle due to the narrow driveway.
