The cottage was cosy and very clean. A lovely quiet area that was very quaint.
Beautiful fields with views to explore. Biscuits, coffee and tea left for us on arrival.
Everything you could need facilities wise.
A lovely little garden to have tea in the morning.

A very comfortable and well equipped cottage. Very good location for exploring East Devon.
As others have said there is a very squeaky single bed.

Well-equipped cottage in a good location. Plenty of space and good for dogs as there is an enclosed garden and walks nearby. Short drive away from Sidmouth town centre.
Bed was a bit squeaky and pillows could be better.

Good location and very quiet
The cleanliness! We had to clean the shower before using. grease in the grill pan, crumbs in the kitchen drawers. An overpowering smell of a plug in air freshner. Old, tired looking towels
