la literie est bonne et on est proche du tram. Café et thé à volonté. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement.
Logement mal entretenu : prise collées avec du scotch, volet roulant de le cuisine bloqué et cassé, poêles rayées et inutilisables, verrerie voilée, lave-vaisselle et machine à café entartrées, odeur persistante d'égout dans la douche, climatisation d'une des 2 chambres en panne (alors qu'il faisait 37°C pendant notre séjour), placards des chambres ne s'ouvrent pas, du bric à brac dans les placards, logement pas du tout situé au rez-de-chaussée comme indiqué dans l'annonce, mais il y a un étage avec les chambres, logement très bruyant (au ras de la rue) et chaud du coup (pas de climatisation dans la cuisine/séjour -pas de ventilateur, pas de grille-pain, aucun saladier, peu de couverts
