About this house rental
The completely new accommodation of 65m2 is located at the end of the owners' house (separate entrance and garden).
Capacity 4 people (possibility 6 people on request).
It includes an equipped kitchen - nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, citrus press, etc - living room, bathroom with WC, laundry washing machine, garden, barbecue.
2 bedrooms: one with a 140/190 bed and another with 2 single beds.
If you are more than 4 people: option 3rd bedroom upstairs with 140/190 bed (please provide an additional fee: prices below)
Cot, changing table and baby bath, on request.
Private plot 500m² facing south with 1 parking space and another space outside the property.
Access to the owners' swimming pool from 9 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
To note :
- Small dog accepted (notify us before booking) / Your little pet will be welcome (Tell us before booking)
- Non-smoking accommodation / Non-smoking accommodation.
- **** Optional cleaning **** (40 € if you do not wish to do it) / Optional housework (40 € if you do not wish to make it).
- A **** deposit of 200 € ***** will be returned in CASH on the day of your arrival / Security deposit of 200 € at your arrival (which will be refunded at the end of your stay)
- Arrival after 2 p.m. and Departure before 10 a.m.
- July and August: 7 nights minimum
- Thank you for verifying that your liability insurance is up to date and that it includes the resort extension (generally included automatically in the contract) / Thank you for verifying well that your third-party insurance is up to date and that it includes the extension holiday resort (generally included automatically to the contract).

Charming country abode to the north of Bordeaux surrounded by fields and horse farms. Private half of stone lodge with separate living room, two bedrooms and fully-equipped kitchen. Third upstairs bedroom for additional guests. Bathroom with shower. Lovely shared pool with privacy hedge. Onsite parking inside property wall main gate. Good internet. Easy communication with wonderful and friendly hosts. All in all, a relaxing and peaceful alternative to the buzz and bustle of Bordeaux.

Bel appartement spacieux, dommage de devoir passer dans la salle de bain pour accéder à une des chambres. Grand souci de robinetterie dans la douche difficile de tempérer l'eau. Belle piscine mais non chauffée horaire à bien respecter !.table de dehors petite pour 4 personnes. Idéal pour couple sans enfants car peu d'activité aux alentours.
