Location, space, amenities. Noise didn’t bother us at all.
Shower drain was clogged but was dealt with as soon as I was able to reach the right person.

Location! Best location for sight seeing and having close restaurants for eating at. Only one flight of stairs!
Shower was blocked so would fill up in the base (as dirty water) before the warm water even came through. Needs better lighting in lounge and bedroom. Very very noisy. The square below is very nousey from 7am to 3am. Need earplugs to sleep.

Great location
Very limited amenities. Broken chair just left there, no basics like coffee or milk, 2 toilet rolls for 5 days , uncomfortable bed
