Location is perfect, 15-20 min walk from all main attractions in Rome, number of restaurants that are close by is excelent. Couldn't pick a better spot for a stay. Can be quite noisy, but bring ear plugs and you will not hear a thing. if you have issue with light, close outside blinds or use sleeping mask.
There are few things that could be fixed around appartment, but non of these are deal breakers or sufficient to point out. Worth to mention, if you are bigger person, getting into shower (or true the door into suite ) can be quite tricky, as door are not that wide. Also bed is kinda soft, but still good enough.

Its location.
It was on a third floor. The place was kind of small specially the bathroom and kitchen. The bed sunk towards the middle. One of the chairs was coming apart.
The place was very noisy until late hours.
