The stairs but we are aware of it and we did not have big luggage, so it was all fine. This is just a recommendation, the air conditioner should be cooler specially during summer.

Great location, easy access to most of the major Rome attractions.
Not really a functional outdoor space, quite loud between 12:30-2am when the restaurant below was packing away their tables at the end of the evening.
