City center premium apartment Bohemia

Amazing stay in Prague! Great location, very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need for a convenient stay is literally within one minute — grocery store, метро, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable visit, and the area felt very safe and convenient. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Location near the subway and close to the city centre. A lot of beds. The shower and sinks were good.

The word "Premium" is highlighted everywhere in this property by an owner. But, in fact, it's not premium. For example: 1 - The first impression. A piece of paper on the really old door saying it's "Premium apartments". Looks funny, but okay, let it be. 2 - Wifi password also includes the word "Premium". For us, wifi was working for a tv but never worked for our phones when connected and had a low signal. Not very premium to be honest. 3 - The floor is amazing, it's an old natural wood as I understood, but be prepared that at night you will wake up everyone because of how this floor sounds when you walk on it. It's very noisy, so your friend will wake up as well. 4 - Doors. Same as the previous (3rd) point. The doors are vintage and that's totally fine, but every time you open or close it (in the toilet or in the shower) it sounds so loud and noisy, everybody will hear it. 5 - Dishes. We liked the kitchen, but all dishes were too dirty with a really old dirt. Like everything, from plates to forks, spoons and cups. So we had to buy a paper ones in the nearby Billa. 6 - No drying stand for clothes. This is SUPER good that the washing machine was available, BUT there is no way to dry your apparel. There's only a towel dryer (but this is for dryers, not enough for clothes). We couldn't find this thing and also checked if the washing machine has a drying option (It doesn't). So, there's no way to properly dry your clothes there. 7 - Textile looks bad and used. Usually, premium (and even regular apartments) have white bed sheets and towels. Here you will not find that, everything is grey, and in stripes and looks like it was used and washed hundreds of times before us. Would be much better to have cheap but white bedsheets and towels. 8 - Pillows. There are a lot of them, but they are also old and used, not puffy and it's not comfy to sleep on them.
