I liked everything, location is very good, the apartment is very clean and has everything you need

The only negative things were the missing Wifi password and information, in the apartment there was no password and I had to request for it and they gave it the next day, but I needed it at my arrival. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Apart these, all good

The apartment’s location is great because it’s close to the tram and metro stops. Having access to a refrigerator, washing machine, and other appliances was a lifesaver. Overall, it’s a quiet and peaceful place. The level of comfort is decent. The cleanliness was very good. Having their office nearby to handle any issues and being able to leave our luggage there was very helpful.

Wi-Fi information wasn't mentioned inside the apartment; it took me a while to get it via message, and I still couldn’t connect afterward. There’s constant floor heating at the apartment entrance, and it couldn’t be turned off using the controls inside the apartment. There was no air conditioning for cooling, and the windows lacked screens to keep out insects. As a result, the apartment was a bit warm. The bathroom window was covered to prevent people from seeing inside from the outside, but the edges remained open. The fact that the interior could be seen from the hotel across the street was unsettling.

Bardzo mała liczba gniazdek w pokoju głównym, a te istniejące w ogóle nie przystają do rozmieszczenia sprzętów. Musiałem prosić o przedłużacz, bo nie było jak siedzieć przy stole i używać komputera. Obsługa ustawiła obok siebie lampę stojącą oraz wentylator, których nie można było normalnie podłączyć do gniazdek w ścianie - bo takowych nie było. Kolejny problem to to, że po otwarciu okien - a było bardzo gorąco - jest ciągły hałas z ulicy. W upalne letnie dni przydałaby się klimatyzacja albo wybór innego apartamentu. Kolejna sprawa to brak koordynacji ze strony obsługi. Pracownik obsługi pomylił dni i wszedł rano do pokoju o jeden dzień za wcześnie. Ale przynajmniej zapukał.
